A Note From the Editors

To Our Readers,

After much anticipation, we are excited to present the second issue of Beyond the Margins.  This edition was created through the efforts of an enthusiastic group, whose dedication and passion proved to be this publication’s driving force.  With a mix of old and new members, we aimed to produce a diverse collection of creative and academic works.

The process of creating an issue is never a dull moment with this group.  Not only do we love spending time in the library (often to the dismay of others who are working near the lone Mac computer), but apparently we also enjoy the occasional confrontation with the law.  To the officers and librarian who questioned the legitimacy of our presence in the fifth floor conference room: we really did have permission to be there, and no, no one was harmed in the making of this publication.  See readers? These are the lengths we are willing to go to if that is what it takes to bring you an issue.

Thank you for your interest and support. We hope to continue to publish a high-quality journal and see more of you involved in the future.
